First Batch Shipment Complete [Update 30st Dec 2023]

Hi Everyone,
Quick update. We've completed the first batch shipment of Kickstarter Vertex Pouch (around 3300 packages). That's 85% of all pledges that are now being delivered to backers. The second batch of around 300 packages will be shipped next weekend.

Shipping started - Early December 2023

Hi All,
We started shipping earlier this week, and some of you have reported that you have received your packages already.
We shipped the pledges in 3 batches: the first one is the Vertex Pouch with 600D Axoflux fabric, and the second and third batches are the RX36 XPAC Vertex pouches. Currently, 2000 pledges have been successfully shipped, and are on their way to you. The third and final batch which contained about 1200 pledges, is currently held by Chinese customs for further inspection, we expect this to be released in the next 10 business days or so.
The tracking numbers for the successfully shipped packages will be uploaded in the next 48 hours. Those packages that are held by customs won't have tracking till they are released for shipping.
We will post another shipping status update in a few weeks.

Project Shipping Status [November Update]

Hi All,
Happy to announce that the QC process for the Vertex bags is nearly complete at the factory. These bags will be packed and transported to our warehouse for final inspection and packing. We anticipate this process to be finalized by the end of November.
Shipments will be packed and shipped to various shipping partner warehouses in the first couple of weeks of December. Tracking will be uploaded into the Backerkit system once we get them at the end of November or early December. Please allow 5 to 10 days for the tracking numbers to be active.
Shipping time will be approximately 5 to 20 days depending on geography (some remote destinations may take a few days more). We will give a more detailed shipping update once we start shipping in December.

As a quick reminder, the last day to make final updates to your order is the 7th of November. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, and if you fill out your BackerKit survey after the 7th of November order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.

BackerKit surveys are coming!

Hi Everyone,
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. We expect to start sending surveys before Tuesday next week (31st of October).
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
